He Knows You’re Alone (1980) 31 for 31 Review

Directed by Armand Mastroianni

Starring Caitlian O’ Heaney and Tom Hanks

Synopsis: There’s a serial killer going around murdering brides to be. A police officer who lost a loved one to the killer follows all possible leads to stop this killer.

Review: An often overlooked slasher film from the early 80s. This came out the same year as Friday the 13th and Maniac, two of the years most significant splatter films. This one is better than those. Very atmospheric and very entertaining. Tom Hanks makes his debut on this, he is likeable. The cast is likeable all around though.
