May 26th, 2017 was the day that Friday the 13th: The Game was released. It had a shaky launch and to this day is still having trouble. But, that doesn’t hinder my love for this game. I’ve played this game so much. I’m just happy that someone took the time to show the series some love.
Since the game came out, they’ve released quite a bit of content. Most that I’ve talked about like the addition of Roy Burns. I don’t think I’ve touched base with other content. They’ve recently released “Single Player Challenges” which put you to the test. It’s a nice mode to play. Very challenging and they play like a movie which is neat. The virtual cabin was released awhile back. It was like a puzzle game. Very frustrating, but I liked a behind the scenes look into the game.
Other than that, it’s been new kills for Part 4, 7 and new emotes for the counselors. I can’t complain too much though. Friday the 13th needs all the love it can get at the moment. Since we’re not getting movies. So, here’s to another year.
